ABOUT OUR SCHOOL
Akshara Vidya Mandir
Akshara Vidya Mandir started at Vilvakulam in 2019 with 132 students. It expanded to Jayankondam in 2025, bringing its approach to education to more families in Tamil Nadu.
Jayankondam Campus
Opened in 2025 following requests from local parents, our second campus serves families in Ariyalur district with an emphasis on child-centred learning and English communication.

AVM opened its first campus in Vilvakulam with 132 students.
- 2020
Teaching continued online during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- 2023
The school expanded to Senior Secondary education.
- 2024
Parents in Jayankondam requested an AVM campus in their area.
- 2025
The Jayankondam campus opened. The school also recorded a medical achievement through Akshara Academy.
